BERRY ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

Ingredients

1 cup – frozen blueberries, cherries or açai berries
1 tbsp – ground flaxseed
1 tbsp – walnuts
1 tsp – ground cinnamon
1 inch – ginger root peel
1 scoop – whey protein (NO ADDITIVES, ARTIFICIAL COLORS, OR FLAVORS)
1 cup – unsweetened almond milk
½ cup – ice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
