BABY GREENS

Ingredients

1 cup baby spinach
½ cup blueberries
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp ginger powder
1 avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds previously soaked
1 tbsp walnuts
1 cup coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Starting with the spinach, place all items in a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
