MY DAILY GREENS

Ingredients

1 cup mixed leafy greens of your choice: baby spinach, kale, collards, turnip greens, swiss chard, mustard greens, etc.
½ cup pineapple
⅓ cup organic mixed berries (blueberry, blackberry, or raspberry)
1 tsp powdered spirulina
1 tsp powdered maça
½ tsp ground turmeric
1 inch ginger root peel
½ cup grapefruit juice
½ cup water
juice of 1 lemon

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Starting with the greens, combine everything in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
