TUNA CEVICHE TACOS

Ingredients

5-oz water packed tuna
pink wild-caught salmon
⅔ cup chopped cucumber, purple onion and tomato
2 tbsp avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon squeeze
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
Pinch black pepper

Romaine leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop cucumber, red onion, tomato, and avocado
  2. Combine olive oil, lemon, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to make dressing
  3. Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing.
  4. Build tacos using Romaine lettuce in place of tortillas
