pink wild-caught salmon
⅔ cup chopped cucumber, purple onion and tomato
2 tbsp avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon squeeze
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
pinch of Himalayan or sea salt
Pinch black pepper
Romaine leaves
