DATE NUT OATMEAL

Ingredients

⅓ cup steel-cut oatmeal
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
1 cup organic apple or pear
1 tsp cinnamon
2 – pitted dates
1 tsp flaxseed meal
30 g whey protein

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the protein, oatmeal, flaxseed, hemp seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, and dates very well.
  2. Let it soak overnight.
  3. Add the fruit the following day and enjoy!
