GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT
INSTRUCTIONS Combine the yogurt, protein, oatmeal, chia seeds, and cinnamon, and mix very well. Add the fruit and enjoy!

1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
1 cup organic apple or pear
1 tsp cinnamon
2 – pitted dates
1 tsp flaxseed meal
30 g whey protein
