GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT

Ingredients

⅔ cup Greek yogurt (no sugar added, hormone-free)
30 g whey protein
1 tbsp previously soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
½ cup blueberries
½ tsp ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine the yogurt, protein, oatmeal, chia seeds, and cinnamon, and mix very well.
  2. Add the fruit and enjoy!
