GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT
INSTRUCTIONS Combine the yogurt, protein, oatmeal, chia seeds, and cinnamon, and mix very well. Add the fruit and enjoy!
¼ cup quinoa, uncooked
2 tbsp steel cut oatmeal
1 cup water, boiling
½ cup almond or oat milk
2 tbsp chia seeds, soaked
10 pitted cherries
1 banana
2 tbsp pecans or cashews
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp hemp seeds
