OATMEAL PROTEIN PANCAKES/WAFFLES

Ingredients

2 organic eggs
½ cup Greek yogurt
⅛ cup almond or coconut milk, no sugar added
½ cup oat flour (just grind your oatmeal in the blender until it is powder)
1 scoop whey protein concentrate NO SUGAR, HORMONES OR ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS ADDED
1 tsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat waffle maker. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, and milk.
  2. Add oat flour, protein powder, and coconut oil, and whisk until combined.
  3. Make waffles according to your waffle maker. (Note: if you don’t have waffle maker, just make regular pancakes).
  4. Use Ghee or coconut oil to grease the pan.
  5. Sweeten with 1 tbsp. of grade B maple syrup or 1 tsp. of Ghee.
  6. Serve with ½ cup acidic fruit of your choice.
