ARUGULA BREAKFAST SALAD

Ingredients

2 cups baby arugula or kale, finely chopped
2 tbsp  avocado
2 radishes, thinly sliced
1 tbsp almonds, sliced and toasted
2 organic hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp olive oil
1 squeeze lime

a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, pepper, and turmeric

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare your hard boiled eggs.
  2. While eggs are boiling, slice avocado and radishes.
  3. Combine olive oil, lime, sea salt, pepper and turmeric
  4. Lay the avocado, radishes, almonds, and eggs on a bed of greens
  5. Top with olive oil dressing
