QUINOA CRANBERRY SALAD

Ingredients

1 cup blend of romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, and cabbage, chopped
¾ cup turkey breast
⅓ cup pre-cooked quinoa
⅓ cup shredded carrots
⅓ cup blueberries
1 tbsp pecans
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch sea salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine and chop greens
  2. Toss all ingredients together and enjoy!
